"I am not from this area. So when using the app, somehow it suggested that I order in another part of town. Well... I have to tell you that I submitted a request through the app, and the area manager called me up within 25 minutes! And he offered to refund my money from this store, so I wasn't basically paying twice. I am so impressed with the customer service. My daughter loves eating at Arby's, and this just made us loyal customers because of the customer service alone! This is how you do it when there are technical errors. The kindness that was shown towards me made me feel so much better. I'm dealing with a lot of extra stress right now.... so this eases my burdens. Regardless of all that, the food was made quickly, and it tasted fantastic as usual. The Greek gyro is the BEST thing on the menu! The dining atmosphere was very nice and they played music from my decade... so that was a treat as well. Thank you, Sam, and thank you, Arby's."
"I drove thru ans ordered deluxe roast beef sandwich meal. Paid $11.26. Got home and found I was given a Fish sandwich! I hate Fish sandwiches! I live 10 miles away so couldn't go back so I called twice! Nobody answered the phone. The place was not busy when I went there, in fact I was the only car in li e and the restaurant was virtually empty, so I guess they just don't care."
"I ordered a hamburger and a fish sandwich.. The burger was very good. The wagu beef was cooked as requested. The fish was awesome. It had the taste of wild caught and there wasn't too much breading."
"This location needs work! The night staff aside from the cook definitely does not want to be there. I ordered at this location 11/11/23 approx. Between 850p.-900 pm. 1st, the drive thru cashier got my order wrong! Didn't find out until I got home which is 15 min away. So I had to drive back. I walk in, the cashier who took my order is on his phone and touching food. The counter had a big spill on it. His demeanor was unfriendly, and uncourteous, seems as if he didn't want to be there. They remake my order, and the cashier puts my order on the counter where the spill was. I gather the staff member in the black shirt was the team lead or manager, he did not greet nor ask me anything. If your employees are running operations in this way, then you can rest to sure that a lot of customers would not come back. I understand that this maybe a one time thing and I usually get good service, but tonight, it's an F- for me."
