Marco's Pizza

"Hate to do it but won't be ordering from here again. The quality has consistently gone down over time or maybe I'm just the lucky one who gets almost no cheese, burned crust wrong pizza entirely etc. Order came ice cold today with no crust toppings, I don't believe they even read the ticket to see what was requested actually because it's rarely correct correct anymore. Order a $3 Pepsi & it was two weeks from expiration, flat as could be. To top it off the dude spills the garlic cup in front of my door I paid for & it leaves a giant grease stain."

"Terrific place for cheap but yummy pizza. We eat here all the time and the accomodate to my daughter's gluten allergy. The wings are terrific and the managers are cool. A-"

"This place is very busy and unorganized. The workers did not follow directions. They made my pizza with meat on it after I simply told them, I was a vegetarian. I had to wait another 15 minutes for my pizza to be cooked. They didn’t offer me any kind of compensation for it. They just said oh we’re sorry. In spite of all the things that were not working out last night with them I still want to give them a tip. I asked for change and was told they couldn’t spare to give me any change for my $20 bill. I seen a delivery person cash in their tips so I asked again and then was given the change. I’m very surprised they didn’t offer me like a free, cheesy bread or anything for making me wait another 15 minutes to make a fresh pizza because they made my original one wrong. That was very unprofessional. I’m not trying to get something for nothing but you don’t just totally mess up a person’s order who’s obviously in a hurry’s order and say um sorry. They made a pizza of mine wrong about a month ago. It was undercooked and not golden brown on the underside. They would not stand behind it because I did not have my receipt which I don’t believe was actually even given to me. Actually, they didn’t give me my receipt last night they didn’t give me my receipt last night as they had to remake my pizza, and my new receipt was not taped onto my new box as originally was on my first pizza that has meat on it. I will probably unfortunately end up going here again as it is on my way home from work and very convenient. I’m just going to have to be very specific when I place my order and make sure that they read it back to me and that they understand the instructions clearly. I do believe in second chances, but last night was their’s and they messed that up."

"Came her for Metzler schol spirit night. Pizza was really good. Place was really clean and inviting. The staff were slammed and still very polite and efficient. Will be going back again."
