Hartz Chicken Buffet

"Worst experience! We pulled into the drive thru, and no one came on the speaker, so I pulled up to the window. The young man who came to take our order rolled his eyes as he was coming to the window. After I placed my order, he slammed the window and walked off. When he finally came back, he said they had one chicken breast. At that point, I said "no thanks" and drove off. Terrible experience."

"When I walked in the workers greeted me, the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive. The freshness of the food was the best from a Hartz I've had in a while. Was decorated for Christmas which I Loved!!. Was my first time there, but won't be my last."

"The lady in the drive thru was very rude. When I tried to use apple pay she didn't even tell me I couldn't in the drive thru she just pointed to the sign and looked at me mad. I went inside got greeted in thought maybe I was tripping then after I pay she says have a nice day and walks off. I had to reach over the register and grab my food. Not to mention when I asked where my food was she pointed obnoxiously like I was dumb or something. I left and it really bothered me so I called back and asked for a manager and told them how the whole experience was negative and how I was treated poorly when I'm just a customer. The lady got defensive so.i hung up. I recieve 5 more calls from someone named DEDRA AMIE and when I answered a man was yelling at me threatening me. Not to mention the mac and cheese was Nasty. Why not just go to Chik fla or Popeyes this place should be boycotted. Atleast this location. But they should never be allowed to treat people like. Even if a customer is in the wrong there's a right way and wrong way to handle the situation. Very unprofessional. Even if it is just a chicken place Noone is making you work and you still have a job and service to fulfill."

"BEWARE!!!! **** Bought gizzards and tenders for my son and I get home and see THIS! ... I called the store and the manager deflected and denied everything. She was willing to replace the meal but I told her I'm not calling for that I'm calling so that hopefully you can fix your food handling and quality control and not cook spoiled meat so that nobody gets sick. The manager refused to take any responsibility and then I asked for the owner's information and she wouldn't provide it to me."

"The buffet is still going strong at Hartz Chicken. It looks fresh and tasty. It’s about $15 per person these days. I didn’t get the buffet but instead made sandwiches out of the rolls and tenders. Good stuff."
