"There are 3 Jollibee locations located throughout the Houston area. So far, out of the 3 locations, it's in this Jollibee that I find the customer service is outstanding. They make sure to welcome everyone and thank them before leaving. We ordered a bucket of spicy fried chicken, French fries, and pansit palabok. All of it tastes delicious! The restaurant cleanliness is good and there's a lot of dining spaces available. There's also a lot of parking spaces available when we arrived at the premises."
"The drive thru is still broken. No spicy chicken still. This spicy sandwich isn't spicy. However it is simple and pretty juicy. A bit sweet. Small sandwich. Give it a try but nothing to run home about."
"This was the only Houston location that we had not previously tried, and we were not disappointed. Despite their drive-thru being closed for maintenance reasons, the service level was very good with a wait that wasn't very long at all. The food quality was good, and there were no issues with our order. If we are in the area again, we will definitely patronize this Jollibee location."
"First time in this area. Nice location but their palabok don't have enough sauce. There was no lemon either and it didn't taste good. Not to forget the toilet doors that don't have locks. Sorry."
