Sonic Drive-In

"I placed my order on the app when they opened at 6:30. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:37 and all the lights were off and employees were barely getting out of their cars. At this point people started arriving at the drive through and people began to get their drink orders. After waiting 20 minutes I had to leave because I was already late for work. I tried calling the restaurant so that they could cancel my order, at this point I just wanted my money back. Well I couldn’t even do that because their phone number is disconnected."

"A few days ago, I bought a few cheeseburgers through the drive through and one of them was supposed to be a double cheeseburger. By mistake, I received all cheeseburgers and didn't get the double cheeseburger that I ordered. When I went inside to try to exchange my burger for the double, they asked if I could wait 2 minutes for the double and that I can just keep the cheeseburger otherwise they will have to throw it away anyway. Not wanting to waste food, because I surely cannot eat both a double and a cheeseburger, I just chose to decline the offer. They apologized and simply refunded me for the cheeseburger, I also kept my cheeseburger, and they still asked if they could give me the double cheeseburger. Everyone make mistakes, but it's how people choose to fix their mistakes that really matter to me. I cannot say enough good things about the management and the employees who work at this Sonic location. They were nice, friendly, and were very quick to want to fix the issue. That was really one of the best customer service experience I have seen in a long time and I just have to comment on it."

"This location used to be really good....not anymore! The last 4 times I have gone the service has been extremely slow and the food comes out cold. Last visit a week ago I ordered a cheeseburger with only cheese and ketchup on it well I guess the cook thought it was funny to put one jalapeno in the center of my burger....it was not funny, also the food was cold and I waited 25 minutes for it. Then I go again today giving them yet another chance cause I really like sonic and this is the closest one to me and I waited 20 minutes for an order of small cheese sticks and a medium Dr.pepper. My cheese sticks were extremely cold and tasted old as if the were sitting around a while. Like I said this location used to be good but not anymore...not sure what happened but they need new management in there ASAP cause looking at the reviews u guys are losing alot of costumers including this one!"
