"My wife and I frequent this specific Sonic every morning. Ms. Rose is a pleasure to talk to and a delightful to see with every visit. Stopped by for a late Lunch. The drinks were perfect but I wish I could say the same for the popcorn chicken. We use the app to order as we get close to the establishment. The first red flag should have been the speed at which our “fresh order” of popcorn chicken was ready. They were cold and dry with the consistency of cardboard. Terrible. We’ll avoid this location after mid-morning from now on."

"Second time in a row we order blast and they put nothing in them, plain icecream. Time before that didn't give us half of our food. Kids that work here don't care and obviously managment needs some training in training! Ridiculous to say the least."

"I placed a mobile order. Food was prepared correctly. Staff was friendly. The only suggestion I have is to make pickup easier by numbering the pick-up slots. No one wants to call a number on a sign and hope someone can answer the phone. FYI, they were busy and did not, so I ended up going through the drive thru."

"I've had a few poor food quality issues with this location, but chalked it up to the fact that it is just fast food. However, this past Tuesday evening was the last straw when I bit into a crispy chicken sandwich that was raw inside! I called the restaurant to request a refund for just that one item and the manager available said she did not know how to issue a refund for mobile orders. She asked that I call back the next day to speak with the GM, Rose. When I called back today, the person that answered the phone said Rose was on a call and that she would have her call me back. She then hung up, without getting my name, number or general concern! I called the corporate office, at this point I just want my refund and don't want to have to track people down to get it. Well, after explaining my disgust with the raw food item I bit into, this customer service rep offers me a coupon for some chicken popcorn and a $5 gift card! I will chalk the money spent on that sandwich as a loss and will not be returning to Sonic's for popcorn chicken or anything else!"

"Look.. the kiddos running the front had good customer service but man the FOOD did not come out right. They asked if I wanted grilled or crispy chicken for my sandwich, I said crispy and they gave me grilled. Now, that wasn't the problem I was like "ok whatever." It was the way the sandwich was put TOGETHER that was the disappointment. It was dripping from wet lettuce, tomato, mayo whatever could drip, dripped. They also burned most of the fries and onion rings.. nothing had flavor and the sweet tea we ordered for the kids, were not sweet at all.. come on guys. We know it's fast food. But if we decide to get something late at night the way we did, atleast take the time to make it 1.) Correct and 2.) With some kind of care for the customer to eat. Will not be returning sorry."
