"The server may have been having a bad day. He was so nonchalant and seemed interested in doing just the bare minimum. The halal pho was so-so. It as the broth, a sprinkling of green onions, vermicelli and tough chewy ribeye. It had no jalapeños, mint nor bean sprouts. When I asked about bean sprouts was told they had run out. It was lunchtime. There are too many good pho places in Sugar Lad that they will never see me ever again."

"Good pho and probably one the best Vietnamese restaurants in the area. They do a lot for the local community and give back a lot. The pho image is one of their events (not the normal size) and it was so good. Everything has been great every time we come."

"I went in today for takeout, and the person who took my order didn't seem happy for some reason. I didn't get a welcoming vibe, but I still decided to purchase a meal. Turns out, my suspicion was accurate; I even received a wrong order. It was too late for me to go back and have it changed, so I just hope my 15% to-go tip helped improve his day. 15$+ 15% TIP for a small Pho and wrong order. Not coming back."

"I came here on a Tuesday evening and ordered: 1 shrimp spring roll, 1 chargrilled chicken spring roll, and a Filet Mignon & Lean Brisket Pho. The spring rolls were over cooked and very salty. We couldn’t eat the chicken spring roll because the chicken was so tough and salty. The shrimp was very smelly and also was left uneaten. The pho was ok — the meat came raw and cooked in the broth. Maybe the broth wasn’t hot enough or the meat was too raw, but the meat didn’t cook all the way even after the broth cooled down. The broth flavor was decent — not super delicious but not bad either. The best part was the Thai Tea. Overall, given the amount of pho places in sugar land, I wouldn’t recommend the pho here."

"Really enjoyed my first time going to the pho shack. the most memorable thing was getting to chat with Lee. PHO shack is a calm environment with a chill laid back aesthetic. I ordered the small chicken pho w/ extra jalapeños and spring rolls. Let me tell ya the broth is super tasty. For the most part most pho shops Have goldish broth But the fog shack has a darker thicker broth that you really notice when combine all your ingredients. Definitely going to be back for some more"
