"Average atmosphere, waiting time is a bit too long, I can also see the couples beside our desk getting annoyed as well. The rice noodle has been soggy, and broke to small pieces, the spicy sauce is not sriracha, instead it’s an off brand weird color weird taste sauce. The spring roll looks like having 4 shrimps in it but in reality they cut one maybe two shrimps to 4 pieces and fill the whole roll with small piece of lettuce and rest of the role is all the rice noodles…… (and it looks like have 4 shrimps in it) I understand the budget control but the roll really not tasty."

"I ordered #35 combo plate to go and was very disappointed at the portion. Not what I expected for $13.50. Note to self. When you walk in a pho place and there's only Sriracha and hoisen sauce sitting at the table, leave."

"I’ve been coming here for years. Great service and great food. Not all pho broth is cut from the same cloth, this place is one of the best on the north side."

"Let me start out by saying that I’ve gone to this place many times in the past. Today (6/26/21) I went to this place to eat pho and bun with my girls and I was really disappointed. I’m not sure if the management change but the portions have really dwindled. When I order a bun(vermicelli with pork, shrimp and egg rolls for $10 plus you expect to get a good meat potion. As you can see on the picture, they gave me thin slices of meat and egg roll is burned and I get 3 small shrimps! Cmon, really? They fill it up with just noodles, maybe for people that do not order a lot of bun this is sufficient, but I’ve had bun at many other places and they give more portions! Just really disappointed. I talked to the staff and all they can say was sorry and that their manager was not there to talk to me about it."
