Whataburger

"First time coming to these whataburger and the lady at the front counter was super welcoming & nice , received my food in less than 15 min which I thought it was going to take longer since it was a big order . will definitely come back :)"

"I usually have good experiences with whataburger. However today I ordered a whataburger with cheese and bacon on my lunch break. I get back to work and take a big bite and realize the bacon is raw. Not under cooked bur completely raw. Ruined my lunch break. Will go to 5 guys next time."

"The girl taking orders outside was tremendously rude. She spent a long time taking the order of the car that was 2 cars in front of us. She looked at the car directly in front of us and told them to pull around to give their order to the automated machine. When we proceeded to pull around to go to the ordering mic (following the second car), she yelled at us and with hand motions and her screaming voice told us to get behind the car that she was still taking an order from. I asked her why she let the other car go around and she yelled “they were first”. They were not first…they were second and we were third. We moved back behind the car she was talking to and she continued to talk to them and ignore us! This is unacceptable. The time was 10:45am, I didn’t get her name but she needs to be retrained. My daughter is in the ER and we need to hurry and get back. I HOPE she wasn’t being racist!!!! We promptly left and went to Whataburger. I don’t know if I can ever go to another McDonalds."

"Honestly I had to rate these guys. They are always on top of everything and rarely get my orders wrong and they go above and beyond to make you happy. The fries are always fresh and taste good, no stale oil and always perfectly salted and crispy on the outside without being too hard. They make sure their chicken is fried fresh every time and once I had been waiting for a bit so I went inside to check on it and they explained it was being made fresh and offered me a pie to make up for the wait and the fact that I had to come inside to check. The tall gentleman manager is also very attentive. Great night crew for sure as I've eaten here the past 3 days (1/30-2/1/25) due to working late. Thank you guys!"

"It’s a shame but since switching managing partners this location has gone down hill. Service is super slow now. Food is always late. They will serve you 30 min old ice cold trash now that they should throw away. I’ve gone from twice a week to avoid at all costs."
