"I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets and for the price I would think I'd get bigger pieces than barely bigger than my end of my finger size. Got the 8 piece and it barely filled half the cup. Are these normal size now? Seems they were bigger before. Also bought a bag of chocolate chip cookies and usually they are warm and gooey and good. But this must have been a week old cause they were dry and stale. Waste of $10 for the cookies and over $6 for the grilled nuggets."
"I don’t know what is wrong with this CFA but its like its not a part of the chain we are all obsessed with! Food is literally always yuck, and i keep thinking its a one-off and go back. But ive had bad food probably 7 of 10 visits. Its weird. Im not sure ive ever had bad food once at another location. CFA needs to get a new operator here."
"Store has opening time of 6:00 AM. I went into the store at 6:21 AM 01/20/2024 and store was not in business. My offer to do business with any merchant does not include any sort of allowance for the merchant to inconvenience me. Accordingly, I will give this store several months off from my business and hope in the future they will conform to proper business operating standards. Usually Chick-fil-A stores have exemplary operations and customer service, but today this store completely failed to perform."
"Food had good flavor but just “OK” but the chicken portion was small on both the sandwich and the nuggets which are kids size. For the price of a chicken sandwich at a big name place that specializes in “chicken”, they sure lost their focus. There’s absolutely NOTHING special about their chicken. As far as people on here complaining about the 25 min line, then don’t get in it gravy-brain. Don’t be so lazy, park your soccer mom mobile and hobble inside to the dining room. I do like the peppermint shake but don’t like how they no longer offer a large but still charge the large price. I’ll probably cave in and come back, but not for about 6 or 12 months."
"Doesn’t even deserve one star! We come back because it’s convenient but every time something goes wrong. From food poisoning, long lines, bad customer service to bad food. After waiting in line for 25 mins, being handed this hot nasty frosted lemonade! McDonald’s is a better option for this location. The man that was handing food out and taking payment made it even worse by not saying “my pleasure”….."
