"Ordered online using the app, Ordered extra bacon got charged for it, then no roast beef for the club I ordered. Cashier offered to cancel the order, but wasn't sure I would be able to use my coupon if I did. Won't go back"

"The girl working was in a terrible mood on Dec 17 evening. No food stocked. Could not be serviced. Drove a distance. I am Disappointed!"

"The subways in Angleton have gone down hill. Went in to eat with my family and the older lady, I am guessing is the manager, was berating the other employees and being rude. One of the young girls, who couldn't be more that 16 or 17, there looked like she was about to cry because of how this "adult" was treating her. She was talking to her like she was a stray dog who just crapped in her yard then tried to eat her cat. She even encouraged the other young employee who worked there, to belittle and misstreat this one girl. It was saddening to watch. Went in after church and the same lady was bashing, who I guess, was the same little girl or another employee, who wasn't there. Calling her names and talking about how she is going to make her quit. She doesn't treat the cutomers much better. She got mean towards my son for asking a question. The new "manager" needs to retire or take a happy pill or something. I feel sorry for anyone who works under this lady. The food even shows her lack of caring. The place is a mess, stinks, and there is roaches. The floor is sticky and there was food caked on the bench and walls from them not being cleaned. They are always out of teas or sodas, meats and veggies. It is far and in between when you can go in and actually get what you want. Due to lack of products. Subway needs to step up there game and either fire this manager or send her to human relations training and how to run a productive resteraunt."

"This restaurant has a great location, sort of hidden away from traffic and has potential if it had patio type seating for those of us who want to enjoy the cool weather. Aside from that, it would have received 5 stars if the soda machine were fully functional. Why would a company omit the pleas of the manager that this restaurant needs it fully operational, yet there weren't any soft drinks when I dined in there. The crew were friendly and courteous and will come back if the soda machine is fully functional and has all drinks available."

"I recommend not eating here until all the roaches have been eliminated. I saw about 5 of them pocking out from the food area. I told the guy to get this fixed and cancelled my order. Today is July 8, 2022"
