"Biscute was Hard and crunchy ,eggs were 1/8" thin and flat , service? Atmosphere? Everyone was not at all thereto work but to act cool and macho. Very unprofessional and quite a bit of foul language and family members coming by for a free bag of breakfast. I 100% regretted going there"

"Drive thru window morning personnel need to be more polite with customers. Person in the evening drive thru window don't seem to care selling customers cold coffee. Management needs more employee training."

"Never have we been treated with such attitude and disrespect. The food was fine but the service definitely left us with the sour taste in our mouth. The gentleman at the counter was just fine but the crew from the drive thru window to about midways back seemed preoccupied with whatever was so funny and it definitely seemed that the female in the black shirt was leading the Comedy show. Management position I would say over half that store should be trained or retrain, customer service, and how to conduct oneself at work without attitude. I ordered online and it was placed for the front counter when I wanted it for drive thru pickup, most locations would just let me pick up through the drive Thru window anyways…the lady who was on the speaker was very rude and informed me that I needed to come inside for pick up."

"Stopped in. No soap in the bathroom. It's been empty for a minute. Told the cashier. She tells homeboy, hey, no soap in the bathroom, dude looked like you gave him a quadratic equation to solve or he's fired. Guess they don't wash after they wipe. I had my own soap and sanitizer in the truck as I'm traveling. SMH. Fast Food. You get what you pay for, and you eat other people's bathroom germs. Ah, no, I didn't order anything. I know better."
