"I ordered a two-piece, specifically requested drumsticks and spicy. I received a two-piece with a leg and a thigh, and not only was it not spicy, it didn't taste like it had any seasoning at all. Definitely not what I'm used to from Popeyes. Ordinarily, I wouldn't write a review on a fast food place, but the employees couldn't even offer service with a smile, and it seems like the chicken was buried under the french fries intentionally so maybe I wouldn't see the mistake right away. Is it that hard to get an easy order right? Definitely the biggest waste of $10 today."
"Kind staff but the menu has shrunk significantly in the last few years. No more shrimp sandwiches. Everything is fried chicken now. I still love their red beans and rice but it’s not enough to get me to eat there anymore. I used to get a shrimp po boy quite often. Now all they offer is popcorn shrimp."
