"Although it seemed less staffed, this location did their best to provide great service! Food was better than some other locations I have visited. The Classic French toast was delicious! Coffee was on point. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We waited a few times for different things but were always given what was needed."

"We came to dine in and was told there was a 40-minute wait, which was fine, and we put our name on the list. We waited outside since it was crowded in the waiting area. After about 35 minutes, we went inside to check on the progress. We saw several empty tables inside and we were told they were not seating any customers because they were just working on mobile orders. So, it was obvious that the mobile orders were their priority and they weren't concerned about the dine in customers. Several people who had planned on dining on site left out of frustration with the wait. We were finally seated after about 1 hour. This is messed up! I understand that takeout is more profitable since they can process more orders faster with fewer employees. They should have been honest and told us up front that Mobile orders were their priority. Looking around, less than half of the tables were occupied when we were finally seated."

"The hostess was less than pleasant and courteous. She told my wife that she "could sit down. It'll take a while." The manager came over and had the girl seat us within 30 seconds. The seat was sticky, so I asked her for something to clean it with. I stood up and out of the way so she could take care of it. She found some paper towels and sprayed them and said, "Here you go." The manager had just told her to make sure that the tables were clean before seating people...I guess that doesn't include the seats. And, when passing out the menus, she showed us the Wonka menu, said that it was "about some movie...I don't know" and dropped in the middle of the table. The server was patient as we took a while to order. When challenged with how a particular drink came out, she said that they've never done it that way... the way it was described in the menu."

"It was Veterans Days. It wasn't crowded at all. I wish she had given me some cream for my coffee. The food was good that morning."

"Avoid if you are hungry, in a hurry, or on a budget!! Firstly the servers cheat you by adding their tip to your bill. They will tell you the total, then hand you the machine saying, “All you need to do is sign.” and then give you the receipt. What about the Tip? Well, they select to add a 25% tip before handing you the machine. Be mindful!!! The service is slow, the area is messy, and the wait is long, even with empty tables. If possible, avoid this location. Just the fact that I was cheated and deprived of tipping based on the quality service received, I will not visit this location ever again."
