"I love this particular location because of the person who works the front, Sergio! Sergio is one of the best in customer service. He is friendly, takes orders quick/accurately, and you can tell he works hard. I always get the wings and order thru the app. However, I eat inside because I'm not ready to go back to work yet.. he always without a beat puts it on a tray for me. I've never asked once but he always does it. It's the little things like that in which I truly appreciate. Sergio was a great hire and I hope management takes care of him so he stays!"
"The entire staff at this location is very courteous and efficient. Both Manager's present themselves very well, and the young man behind the cash counter is always helpful and polite. Please recognize these good, hardworking employees. They are not easy to find, that too for a fast food establishment in and around Texas."
"I have NEVER been to this place, in the three years that I’ve been in the area and my food wasn’t old, greasy and looked like it was leftover from a couple of days before. I never leave reviews, but I promised to give them one last shot today and I got exactly what I’ve always gotten. Trash."
"Waited 15/20 mins in line to get home to cold chicken. On top of that I did a pick up order, they didn’t have the sweet and spicy wings so they gave me ghost pepper wings and threw sweet heat sauce in the bag. The guy at the window has poor customer service. The location on Clay rd is much better.. Go there instead you’ll definitely get fresh hot chicken"
