"Absolutely insane the disrespectful staff was mad because I asked them to remake 2 of my ice creams. That had been sitting in the window for 10 minutes. When I turn3d over my blizzard it literally fell out, but now you're mad because I wanted frozen ice cream. I had to inside just to get my order remade. I'm always at dq for ice cream but will never be back here. I don't suggest you eat at this one either. Absolutely disgusted. Need a health inspector asap because the icream is not frozen."

"Second time coming to this location with terrible experience. The first time, the blizzard was melted. I also watched the employee and manager use dirty hands so I asked for a refund. They don’t wash their hands nor use gloves when handling food. Maybe this needs to be reported to the health department. Today, the drive thru girl touched the Icecream on the sliding window so I asked her if they can make another. All they did was scrape off the top and give it back to me. There was evidence on the rim of the cup and side. Also it wasn’t filled to capacity. So when I asked for another she went to the back and sent someone who asked me for the second Ice cream cup back. I told her no, I’ll exchange it when they make a fresh one. Given I didn’t trust her and the sloppy appearance of her, the other girl and the manager, I asked for a refund. Be careful. They don’t appear to have sanitary and ethical practices here."

"There were ants crawling all over the table. I asked to speak to the manager, she didn't apologize and just told me " their sugar ants, no one is supposed to sit there, someone took off the sign". Then went back to work like normal. My burger wasn't fresh and they ran out of chicken to add to the taco salad. Finally, my burger wasn't fresh but we left because of the bugs. I took pictures and wasted $43"

"Your typical Dairy Queen. This place is typically clean inside. On this occasion they were lacking lids and straws at the drink station. The service by the cashier was excellent and friendly. The burgers and fries are good. The kids like their chicken finger basket. The real reason to come here is to get ice cream desserts."

"I normally don't do bad reviews, but this DQ disappointed me. 1st off, the service was bad. An associate behind the kitchen had an attitude when told that we were given the wrong order. She rudely told my wife to give her the burger when she already had it. 2nd, I took my grandson to the bathroom and saw a worker using the urinal. He flushed it and didn't bother to wash his hands. 3rd, I ordered 2 blizzards and 3 sundaes. They did not even bring the ice cream nor inform us they were ready. Our Blizzards looked like milkshakes. SO DISSAPOINTED!!!!!"
