"It’s 530am 3/6/24 and I pull through the drive thru and guy says they are only accepting pick up orders as he is sitting on the front counter dangling his feet. Customer service is a none. Definitely reporting"
"Went to make a purchase in store at 9:11 pm and they have the doors locked. Nothing stating their lobby hours close at a specific time but the hours are open 24 hrs. Maybe someone from corporate should do a surprise inspection to see why they have their doors locked."
"Going to throw in the towel in this location. I've been here twice in both times The employees are extremely apathetic. If you do not say anything, they will not acknowledge you. The second night I went, I was treated very rudely by a heavier set blonde cook. Nobody was at the front counter so I tried to get somebody's attention for some ranch, to wish she replied in a very annoyed tone "ask somebody up front". Bear in mind, she was shaking her head while she said it. So it went from apathy to rudeness. I'm going to be doing this stuff a favor and not coming back. I really don't understand where the other four and five-star ratings are coming from"
"I am adding another review since we frequent this location for breakfast. We never have issues with the staff in the drive thru. They are walkways virtuous to us. Tacos always seem fresh - which has been a frequent issues with other JnB locations we have visited in the past. Think I’ll stop for a couple of tacos now that I think about it…"
