"My boricua friend and I went to this restaurant, I order shrimp cocktail and he order a nice Puerto Rican plate, I got really dissatisfied wit my plate because I’ve never in my life had this type of shrimp cocktail that consist on a bowl with a bed of lettuce the shrimp covered on a sauce of ketchup and Mayo with a few crackers that aren’t fresh, it was very disappointing because I’ve never had a cocktail like this and expensive for non fresh food, even my friend told me that’s not an actual shrimp cocktail and he is a chef; the only thing that redeem this experience it was his plate, it was so close to his PR food taste, the meat it’s was cooked perfectly the rice taste smoked bacon soooo good and the abichuelas amazing! This is the only reason why I am giving this start rate. In regards to the server we believe she needs more knowledge on the menue and be able to cross sell more products or provide better suggestions."

"Long time local favorite. Empanados with chimichurri sauce were amazing. Large selection of meat under different sauces. Potatoes to die for. Pineapple juice was delicious. Very friendly staff. Family run business."
"Service was pretty good and polite. They served us chips with an avocado salsa that tasted good. The salad that came with the steak special entree wasn't anything special. The entrees were a good portion, especially the bandeja paisa dish. The steak special was tender and nicely cooked (we ordered medium rare). The fried pork belly was a tad difficult to eat due to its size on the plate. Overall, the entrees were good and enjoyable. We would go again to try out other entrees and appetizers next time."
