"Service is terrible. This was supposed to be a barbecue wrap. Where’s the sauce?"
"Service is terrible on Fridays. They take forever for something simple. Then has the audacity to put a straw top on the cup instead of an opened top since it needs a spoon lady gets upset with me for asking for a straw because I'm supposed to just take the top off and have a mess in my car???? This is not a great location to visit."
"Ordered 2 supersonic breakfast burritos. Saw the screen and saw that it said bacon burritos, so I clarified with order taker. She said yes when I asked. She then brought out 2 bacon burritos and argued with us when we told her the order was wrong. Finally got her to understand and she went back and then tried to charge us again instead of just asking for the $2 difference. The supersonic burritos were disappointing and they forgot to put tots on them. Won’t be back."
"Sad. Just sad. It may have been a slow day but that's no excuse for making such a poor sandwich. I'm not sure if it was the bread, the tomato or the meat but the whole thing tasted spoiled. Smh I knew I should have gone to Whataburger. Everything was just nasty. Even the onion rings had an old taste to them."
"Not happy! We ordered two unsweet teas, mozz sticks, chili cheese tater tots, and the chicken pictured. At first glance the chicken looks like regular chicken, but if you zoom in you can see a smidge of BBQ sauce, since the bbq sauced chicken is what we actually ordered. I checked my receipt to see if I was given a discount since they skimped out on the sauce, but oddly enough I was charged full price. It’s probably silly for me to think I may have been discounted, but acceptable for me to not get what I paid for. And, to top it off I asked for sweetener for the teas, and received none. Not a showstopper by any means, but how simple of a task to not get right. Will I eat at this sonic again? Probably. Just the way it works, but I will leave another fun review if needed. Let’s not be stingy with the sauce tho, guys, c’mon!"
