"10/15/23 My wife decided to order chicken from this location. Cook is very rude and the Natalie the manager could care less. Her order was wrong and when she brought it to their attention, they caught an attitude with her. She gets back home, just to find out the employee who boxed the food short changed her on the amount of chicken. I’ve had a really long day at work, and just wanted some fresh chicken. Y’all gotta get it together. We won’t be going back to this location. People please pay attention to these reviews. For this to be a fairly new location, this is ridiculous. Don’t expect an apology, when they mess up, the manager don’t care."

"10/15/23 I ordered a 16 piece “Mixed” to the young man whom was not professionally trained. I explained I wanted “Mixed” chicken 3 times he kept saying we don’t have spicy which I never asked for spicy chicken, he then says “We only have regular chicken” I said again just mix the chicken, he then asks me what do I mean because they don’t have spicy chicken, I said mixed chicken is white and dark meat. I should’ve left then and cancelled my order because this location is never busy and I see why now. So, then I drive up to the window to pay I get no receipt. I was handed my chicken i again confirm with him “ Y’all mixed my chicken right”? He was vague with his answer and closed the window as if I was getting on his nerves. I pull up a bit, open the box and saw 2 wings, 2 breast, and a slew of drumsticks and thighs. So now I waste even more of my time to drive around and go in. I get inside and then once again explain to the lazy drive thru guy 16 piece mixed and what number of each piece should be in my box. Natalie (The Store Manager) is just standing there looking clueless, no apology given, no ma’am I will take care of the issue NOTHING!!! So then, the older guy who is was boxing up the chicken catches an attitude with me and tells the young man just bring the chicken here. The older guy then proceeds to tell me “whatever I added 16 pieces of chicken” I then proceed to say I asked for MIXED CHICKEN!!! Natalie the store manager still says nothing. I then asked why was the so chicken greasy, Natalie then says to me “ Why is it what”? I repeated greasy?!?!?! She turns around and mumbles to the chicken box guy so then he starts counting out loud the chicken pieces like I had an issue with the amount I had an issue with him not mixing the chicken! But It quickly turned to an issue with the level of unprofessionalism being displayed from her team and Natalie as a manager! I then proceeded to ask for a corporate number and if there was a manager above her! This location is rarely busy and now I see why I will be reposting this on other review sites and I have emailed their corporate office this can’t happen again! Adding to this post: I just opened my box of new chicken they gave me and it’s still wrong, This time I got a 15 piece instead of the 16 piece I paid for see pics below he counted out the chicken he still got it wrong!!!"
