"Young girl at register (with hair in a puff), checking customers out, never greets you as you approach counter nor say you are welcome, after custom says thank you upon being handled the receipt. She can definitely use some customer service training."

"While the store was definitely understaffed, we had a great checkout experience due to our checkout person, Sidney. She was pleasant and made a normally tedious job much better. Will definitely come back because of her!"

"Waited in line for an hour and a half to check out. As soon as the clock hit midnight (they close at midnight) , they shutdown the registers and refused to check anyone else out. This would be understandable for if people had come in the store last minute, but people were waiting in line to check out!"

"If I could zero stars, I would…. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but today I had one of the worst experiences with a cashier named Jessica at this location. This is not my go to location but since I was in the area I decided to stop by and do some returns before the 30 day time limit. I waited in a long line due to it being a Sunday and I was okay with that because I worked retail before and completely understand how busy the weekends are. When it was my turn to proceed to the register, I got to register 5, greeted the cashier Jessica and let her know I was doing two separate returns and had the receipt for both. Jessica then stated “Oh my god, another return! Why is everyone coming in here to do returns today” with an eye roll and very bad attitude and tone. I found her comment very rude and unprofessional as I was standing right In front of her and had been super polite with her from the start. I did not stoop to her level and just said “yeah girl why would I keep the items if they didn’t fit”. She then proceeded to tell me that I could only return one of my items, even though the receipt had both items. I asked her if she could tell me why and she got a nastier attitude and said “ You can only do one so which one do you want” with another eye roll. At this point I was so over it, and due to not wanting to lose my cool in the store. I returned one of the items from that receipt and finished up the second return. I strongly believe that Jessica needs to be trained on customer service skills as she lacks them and with the Holidays comings up, more people will be doing a lot more returns than my attempted 3 items. I understand her frustration as the store was packed, but I do feel like those thoughts should have been kept to herself. Always treat everyone with respect because you never know who is going to be the customer. I could have returned the same energy but she wasn’t worth it."
