"Ordered raw oysters. I asked for crackers and was told they were out of them. I’m sorry but I love crackers with my raw oysters. Then ordered a bowl of gumbo. More like a cup of gumbo and guess what, came out with two packs of crackers. I was told that the crackers are only for the gumbo and not the oysters. Have to say I won’t be back any time soon."
"Blue Wave Seafood is a restaurant with a nice and clean interior. I visited during peak lunch time hours, and it wasn't busy at all. The service was great with no issues. The noodles were a letdown. They were dry and bland, similar to instant ramen noodles. The surf snail in the noodle was too rubbery for my liking, but the regular snails were better. If you're a fan of snails, I'd recommend sticking to those. The Tom yum snails were the best, the coconut snail was in the sweeter side, and the rest all tasted the same. The house sauce on the crawfish and crabs wasn't too bad, was decent, but nothing to write home about Overall, Blue Wave Seafood offers a nice atmosphere and great service. Seafood was better than we initially thought. Worth coming out to."
"The food here is excellent, we ordered ahead of time for a graduation party and they already had all the food prepared and on the table when I arrived. They also have really good service, a sports bar, and fresh seafood. A+++ would recommend."
"man this place is awesome and we live practically next door. had some crawfish in season, you buy 5lbs get 1 free. the corn is bigger than what I'm used to. i recommend their special seasoning for crawfish. the final price was pretty reasonable, will definitely come back!"
"been here a couple times before especially during crawfish season but heard they have expanded their menu with not dishes so wanted to go again. great hidden local seafood place that also have Vietnamese dishes, fried rice is very good. big and spacious inside as week as big parking lot. good food and good portions and service as well."
