But today I was just trying to buy a birthday present but the worker at the register acted like I was below her, scowling at me, looking me up and down, and whenever she spoke to me (once) it was in a very rude tone saying “it’s waiting.” I said happy new year to her after I got my bag, but she just gave me a dirty look and didnt respond. It hurt my feelings because I didnt know what I did wrong"
