"That backstage need to be cleaner organized. Like I said need more security need more staff but need to stop to understand was Macy's looking for."
"Awful experience. I was in retail management and training for many years, some with a Macy's parter, and this is the worst example I've seen. More security than customer service and no merchandising attempted at all. I don't really blame the limited staff but the people that were there weren't really working in customer service. They were just manning registers. As a Macy's cardholder I'll never return to this location."
"Man oh man, this ain't the Macy's of Miracle on 34th Street! I feel like standing in the doorway in a Santa Claus getup and intercepting customers and telling them to go to Gimbels...and there ain't a Gimbels around here. Get the picture? This place has approximately 500 cash registers and 1 cashier. You got a stack of clothes and you can't even buy them unless you walk to the other side of the store to find an available cashier. I'd have better luck ascending Mt Everest in a thong and living to tell about it than finding good customer service here."
