"Disappointed by their ads offer. I came in Oct. The ads posted, spend$100,$120.00, etc and get $30 through reward post for Nov 16 on my account. Went on the Nov 17, spoke to cashier and they even make the call. The answer from the head quarter say Nov 30. I don't recall or post it for Nov 30 that it apply to my account. Also the people who work in the store was very helpful but I feel by the corporate their mistake, it make the store employers has to go through the issue to fix even they can't have any control to resolve it. Here my solution is don't apply for their credit card. Me and my wife stop using their credit card."

"The store felt disorganized to me, to be honest. As I glanced at the types of fabrics that were used in some of the items that I looked at, I'd say that a lot of the items seemed to be hit or miss, in terms of quality. I have always heard big things from this brand so I wanted to drop by and browse a bit to see if I could find some quality here, but I don't think it lives up to all the hype."
