"I went yesterday like at 8 pm to get jack in the box and they took 15 minutes on a drive thru, also at night staff is pretty tough they were only 2 workers in there this is the third time I ask for an oreo shake and they always respond they don't have them I don't know if their machine does not work or they're just lazy to work but overall horrible experience do not recommend this jack in the box. Pd: I expect a refund jack in the box"
"I ordered online and noticed after the order was placed that it was being delivered to the wrong address. So I called them to let them know that the address was wrong and asked if they could let the Door Dasher know, because he hadn't got there yet! I was told that it was nothing they could do I needed to reach out to Door Dash even though I placed the order on their site! So I get in contact with Door Dash and I was told that I had to contact Jack In The Box. Called them back and was told that the manager said it was nothing they can do! Even though I told the cashier before Door Dash got there that it was the wrong address in the system! So I just paid for someone else's food because it was never delivered to me and I was told that I couldn't receive a refund!!! Don't order online here!"
"Everyone who works at Jack in the Box is overly polite and pleasant. The majority of the many times I’ve been to this restaurant they wear a smile and try to accommodate everyone as much as possible."
"The bathroom was very dirty. It needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of stale pee on the floor in the men's room. The toilet barely worked at all. It almost would not flush waste down even when empty. This place needs renovations and updates. The food was ok. Customer service was ok. We told the front counter about the bathroom."
"My son ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger, he opened it up and said, “there’s no bacon” I went back through the drive thru and told them. They took his burger and shut the window, the lady came back and said, “there is bacon on it” with an attitude and handed me back the same burger. This is the “bacon” one piece that’s so little it blended in with the blob of ketchup, the reason my son couldn’t see it. Horrible service and not sure where the “ultimate” is, but ok."
