"Oh boy. This location needs some help/training from upper management ASAP. I have been here 3 times since it opened, first time was opening day and it was a great experience as all hands were on deck. Since then things have rapidly declined. My last two experiences were awful. I pulled up to order and was only car there. The man on speaker asked me to wait a moment before placing order. I waited, a car pulled up to other speaker and their order was taken instantly and they pulled forward. 3 minutes passed so I said hello? And then he said oh yeah, go ahead! So I placed my order, pulled up. It was just me and the car In front of me. They took fifteen minutes to give me my food. Which, with a fussy baby in back seat is an eternity. They handed my food and expected me to drive away. I had to remind them that I never got drinks…. They asked me what drinks I was supposed to have. Went back. TEN MINUTES LATER I got my drinks. After about 7 cars behind me in a now long line had been given theirs. And when they brought them out, they were incorrect. The order was right, but the fruit cups were half full. My toddler even asked who ate all his fruit when he opened it up. Will be driving further to the other down town tomball location until this one can step it up. Also, really wish they would’ve done an j door playground. That makes all the difference with littles."
