From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Ambiance: The atmosphere at LongHorn Steakhouse was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual lunch with my kid. Despite being busy, the staff managed to maintain a cozy environment, making us feel right at home. Service: The service was top-notch from the moment we walked in. Our server was friendly, attentive, and patient, especially with my kid's endless questions about the menu. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. Food: Now onto the highlight of our visit - the food! LongHorn Steakhouse delivered mouthwatering dishes that satisfied both my cravings and my kid's appetite. "My wife and I met our daughter's family her for dinner. The service was good but my T-bone was a bit tough. It was cooked to the temperature I asked for but just not that good. My daughter enjoyed her ribs as well as my son in law enjoyed his ribeye."

"If I am able to give zero stars, I would. First, when my family & I arrived (5 adults and 5 kids), they spent 20 minutes cleaning a table when there were only 2 other families dining at the time. We ordered the chicken fried chicken with 3 sides, the T-bone steak medium well, parmesan crusted chicken & ribs, & LH burger. For starters, the chicken was pink & had a tart after taste (I had to send it back), my brothers t-bone was cooked well done & was tough as leather (he had to send it back & order a different menu item). We spent over 2 hours there and was given a refill on our drinks once. The okra side was chewy, and even though they took my chicken fried chicken plate off our receipt, they STILL charged me for my drink and side of okra as seen was NOT eaten. Then I ordered a Caesar salad as a side, and they brought out the Caesar salad BEFORE my dish. I had voiced my complaints with the on-site manager Amy Fogarty & she did not care. She only said, "I'll check with the kitchen on your brothers replacement dish so we can get ya'll out of here." To make matters worse, everyone in my family and I woke up the next morning with heavy headaches & stomachache. NEVER go or waste your money, also beware for you & your family's health. *Photos included*"

"My family love this restaurant,the people call the famous experthly crafted steaks is the best a Great steak is very testy and of high quality . And the restaurant offers a variety of sides , we have bake potatoes o mashed potato for your fire grill steak the food is perfect in balance and testy The staff is always friendly and welcoming is very helpful to picking the staff sometimes for you ."

"It was just okay. None of the food was remarkable for me. My ribeye steak was dry and tough. The mac & cheese was smoking hot, with top layer of noodles crisp. Server, Hannah, was nice. Restaurant was clean with nice decor and country music playing."
