"They did not provide my 3 piece chicken tenders that I paid for and they would not answer my calls or my requests. This location has the worst service ever. The gentleman who is communicating through the drive thru could care less as to what you are ordering or what your needs are. It is absolutely ridiculous. I am a manager of a high end restaurant myself and I personally would fire anyone who behaved as he has every single time I come there. This time he blatantly forgot part of my order because it was so late right before they closed and he treated me terribly"

"07/11/23 5:45 pm The line was long as hell, when I got up to the speaker it was obvious why! The girl couldn't speak English!!;WHY would you put someone on the drive thru that can't speak English!!?? Some girl came up and told me they didn't have spicy so I had to get mild, then when I got home I had mystery pieces I didn't know whether it was a wing or a thigh or one of those fried rats they show on the Popeyes Tic Tok videos!! My fries and biscuits were good so that's all my kids would eat. We threw the rest away and vowed to never eat Popeyes again because it is not the same as when I was a little girl. Smh I wish I would have read the reviews first!;"
