"We order the 8pc Festive Family Meal for take out. When we got home and eat the mixed chicken and we notice the chicken was too hard. After bitting a piece we notice the texture of the chicken was not tender and juicy as before and it was kind of reheated for couple of times. We like their chicken but because of this we will not go back anymore. For the future buyers just want to warn you specially if it is take out you need to double check their chicken before going home. They might give you the reheated ones."

"I won't go back! The employee at the drive-thru was okay this is not about her. The food was horrible. Large pieces of old salad, old rice, dry chicken, no cheese. The sauces are usually my favorite but the sauces they gave me were disgusting and looked weird. They have a limited menu and I honestly should have left but I was hungry. Bad choice because I was still hungry and out of $12. I made up my mind minutes after eating that I won't be going back."

"My first complaint is that I tried using a coupon I got in the mail. And instead of trying to get it to work Juanita told me it was expired. Which it was not. My second complaint is that she asked me what sauce I wanted twice which I told her green salsa. No sauce in my bag. 3rd and final complaint is the chicken was cold and dry."

"Terrible experience. This is the guacamole we received. As you can tell it’s black and not edible. It should never have been served this way. The employees were rude and did not care. They were closing the restaurant early by locking the doors, even though it was 7:30 PM and supposedly they do not close until 9:00 PM. The rice was dry and old. The chicken was cold. Hardly got any sauce and when asked they were rude. They forgot to give me a drink and did not even give me one of the sides. I could tell they were ready to leave even though there was still time for them to be open. Reached out to management and got nothing back ridiculous for the amount of money I spent."

"Never again. The food was disappointing. We ordered the double chicken tostada salad. Very light portions of chicken, beans, rice, and avocado. The dressing was thin, flavorless, and obviously watered down. We drank Coke and Dr. Pepper. Those were also watered down and flavorless. This was my first time at this restaurant, but my companion has been to other locations and says that this location is below standard in all areas. Also, an uncovered container of cleaner/sanitizing solution was out by the drink dispensers. That's just an accident waiting to happen. Avoid this place."
