"Went in twice, got a simple order wrong twice.. They argued saying I was wrong then asked why I was wrong.. Went to El Pollo loco next door for better experience.."
"If I could rate this a 0 I would, I ordered a plate which included hard shell tacos and didn’t include sour cream on them. To my surprise and disgust, there was black hair on my hard shell taco. Completely disgusting, waste of money, not sure about their hygiene practices but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!"
"First off the food was good!! However, the service is horrible we came in 20 minutes before the lobby closed and we're planning on just ordering and eating in the car. The manager was so rude when he took our order. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times when ordering like he was not paying attention to us. After ordering he did not add cheese like I asked multiple times and said he has to charge me for his mess up. Whatever. We decided to just eat in the restraunt since there were still people eating. When getting our order it was just thrown to us in to go bags. I do not recommend this location to anyone."
"Terrible service! Lady was rude, food is mediocre. Used to be good food, really good food. To expensive and then they serve very little food.nothing like the old tacos they used to make. So sad/disappointment."
"Although the food was decent , the customer service was not . “Lupita” took my order and was very vague and did not ask questions , she rushed through my order , i noticed that she put no drinks so i went to pay them , then she proceeds to call out my food and pretty much tossed the tortillas on my plate and i walk off , for the other two customers she brings the food to their table . i’m not usually one who writes bad reviews on place i love to eat at but this behavior is absolutely unacceptable."
