Craft Burger

"Ordered the cheeseburger + combo. The food was overall good not so great. it was on the saltier side. the presentation of the food was pretty. i like the outdoor chairs & tables. didn’t make my stomach hurt so that’s good. would come back again to try for 2nd time but not for a regular spot."

"Went to craft Burger during lunch with a co-worker. Ordered the classic craft burger. I added mushrooms jalapenos and crispy onions in the burger. My coworker ordered a vegan burger. We both got combos. The fries were excellent the mushrooms and all toppings on the burger were great I love the bread, it's almost like a Hawaiian sweet bread. Now on the menu it says that it's an Angus beef burger and they also say that it's handcrafted. I really don't like burgers that much but I am all about pure Angus beef burgers. But once I bit into that burger it didn't really taste different from a store-bought frozen patty. Now my coworker said that he liked his vegan burger but I don't know how you can compare a vegan burger from a real Burger but he said he liked it."

"I visited Craft on a Sunday evening a couple of hours before closing. The staff were welcoming and answered questions I had about the vegan burger. It’s hard finding a good vegan burger but I thoroughly enjoyed my vegan burger! GRILLED PLANT BASED PATTY, TOMATO JAM, GRILLED MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS ON TOASTED BRIOCHE BUN, I added mustard for a little more flavor. Delicious. I also ordered truffle fries. They were hot and fresh. It was a cheat day for me but I could not resist eating nearly the entire basket of fries they were so good. The location is tucked in a shopping center and inside is small but accommodating. The traffic in and online orders were steady. Which was a good sign that they had repeat customers. I don’t live in Katy, but will be back for their vegan burger for sure!"

"First time trying Craft Burger. We arrived early on a Saturday. We both ordered the Classic Cheeseburger. My better half added caramelized bacon to hers while I added sauteed jalapenos. The meat was perfectly seasoned and consistent on the flavor. I tried the sweet potato fries which had a good flavor but were a bit mushy. My wife ordered the onion rings which were huge! The onion rings had a great flavor. The decor inside was welcoming and had a Houston/Katy flair with hand painted murals on the walls. The owner was very sweet and patient as she helped navigate us through the menu. We will definitely be coming back!"
