"Very bad customer service this happened consecutive second time. Order enchilada with boom boom sauce, order came out with different sauce to cover it they dumped boom boom on top of other. 2. Requested for chips refill that’s what it was refilled as in photo If your server decides to serve based on order size then make it minimum order instead of giving bad service and not greeting customer or serving bad food with bad attitude, If you judge us with our ethnicity and order size and suppose we will not tip at the end, yes we won’t because service was bad not us. If once we can ignore Also check the rice that came out with order on plate. Is that a plating sense to justify a good food, Went several locations of Chuy’s never had. This kind of experience You do a cost cutting on wrong place and it will result into customer losing."
"Man that jalapeño ranch dip with chips is off the hook great. I could not get enough. I ordered the beef fajitas and enjoyed every bite of them. I have been to several Chuys throughout the state, and this one did not disappoint. If you’re in the mood for good Tex-mex food., I recommend this Chuys in Katy."
"My first time here and what a lovely quirky place! Must say the food quantity served was huge and the house special martini literally bottomless. The waiters are friendly, sharp and conversant. The place was clean, the service quick and I think a perfect place to catch-up with friends and colleagues."
"Sam our server was amazing! He was very nice and attentive. I only gave 3 stars for the food because my soup had what looked like freezer burned chicken or it was boiled frozen. Didnt want to take a chance and sent it back."
