"Placed a curbside order for lunch. The order came out 13 mins after the order said it would be ready and these were the Whatawings I received. Disappointed to say the least and the wings were luke warm."
"Stood there for almost 5 minutes before I had to speak up to a manager that walked by for the 3rd time. Online order said 4-7 minutes and I know it's usually a couple inches later but 12 minutes later isn't good when you have jobs to get to at a certain time, hence why I ordered ahead."

Told me the burger is fresh and hot because it hadn’t sat there for 15 minutes yet. WTH? Whataburger is supposed to make fresh and hot burgers for every order. But, the manager assured me she LOVES her job, and she understands why I was emotional. I wasn’t emotional; I was pissed."
"I don’t understand what happened to this place. It used to be quick and easy now two days in a row. It takes them 10 minutes at the very least in the drive-through to even see you. Takes way too long this early in the morning being 5 AM."
