"Authentic and diverse Indian eatery with a large selection of snacks, appetizers, and entrees. We loved the quality of food, welcoming and accommodating service, as well as and most importantly the authentic taste of all the dishes. My husband especially is very picky about his meat dishes, and he said this was one of the best goat curries he has been able to find outside of his hometown in North India. We currently live in The Woodlands, but we will definitely be making the trip back to Katy to eat here again."

"We came from Sugarland and ordered goat paya, mutton mughlai, qubani sweet, Shahi pieces sweet, onion pakoda, Irani tea, ponogulu and wada. Every item was outstanding and it resemble like we were eating in Hyderabad (they have branches in Hyderabad). Paya is must try because like this Paya you have to search a lot in Hyderabad. One can't find Paya like this in Texas.. Qubani sweet was same like in typical Hyderabadi weddings...must try... Thanks to restaurant management for providing such a great Hyderabadi food."

"The food here was absolutely phenomenal! Everything I tried had so much flavor and was truly authentic. I had a long conversation with the owner about the food and what makes Green Bawarchi's food so good is that they make all the ingredients in house instead of buying prepackaged ingredients. I'm not quite sure if that's what it was that gives the unique taste but I do have to say I truly enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!"

"My daughter and I visited, and we are not very familiar with the Indian dishes. I can only say I wish we would have tried them SOONER. Everyone was so kind and helpful on the best food choices and even how to add the sauces! We had Goat Biryani, Tandoori Chicken Boti, Garlic Naan, fresh pressed sugar cane juice and chai. Everything was amazing! With the tutoring on the proper way to add sauces - we were able to devour the Biryani it is amazing. The tandoori chicken is so flavorful as well! Garlic Naan was perfect with a great crisp bottom! This is going to be our new restaurant. Thank you for a great experience!"

"I went here with high hopes since hearing it is a halal spot. I love snacking and love chaat. I chose the papri chat and the samosa chat. Papri chat was not up to par. However the samosa chat was good. Though the samosa was not a visible but mixed I presumed. The chicken 65 biriyani was interesting. They had the polao ready and just mixed the chicken 65 which is supposedly a snack item displayed at the front. It is dry so the raita helps. No salad as a side whatsoever. The chicken ( again 65) roll was good. All the snacks are made in the store. Did not try the pan / betel leaf. But there was a line for that. The store is clean despite being so busy and crowded. The staff is cordial and patient. Very soft spoken and quick to serve and clean. They have a clean bathroom and a nice washing station outside the bathroom. Appreciate this effort. I will try to come again to give it another chance."
