"First time experiencing ribeye steak at this food truck. The steak was cooked (medium rare) to perfection but lacks the flavor in my opinion. For the price point, I feel it is a little overpriced especially with the many steak night places around town that all includes sides at the same cost. The garlic butter corn is nothing spectacular and should be included with the entree."
"Been to Steak Spot about half a dozen times. For a food truck, their steaks don't disappoint. I have had Ribeye, Top Sirloin and Chicken steak (lemon pepper). On the sides, they have creamy corn, mashed potatoes and rice. Don't think they offer fries anymore. Last time I literally saw the fries get peeled , cut and fried. The chef also does brisket on Thursdays and Mondays as well. I have tried their steak medium rare/ medium and medium well and they get it right each time. Today they luckily had a batch of halal Wagyu NY stips (A3), which I didnt want to miss. Getting halal wagyu is extremely difficult to find. Got the steak medium well and it was tender and juicy. I'll let the picture do the talking here.. I bet someone with dentures could eat it. Now that's a bit of figurative speech, but you get my point. The place is crowded with other food trucks and you may have trouble finding a parking spot. He cooks to order, so you can have a wait time of 20 -25 minutes."
