Sonic Drive-In

"Drive thru experience. Staff and manager looked at us through window and never took our order from the order screen. We repeatedly said hello and no one answered. The line continued to back up and get longer all because they wanted to be rude for no reason. We had to pull up to get our order placed and heard the manager saying how she didn't care that we were upset. Completely unnecessary drama on a busy night and so unprofessional. We had to check our food and make sure they didn't do something dirty or nasty to our food with the way they were acting. To be rude for no reason then to say you don't care, one would be well within their right mind to think a staff member could harm the food because of how they're feeling and that's scary. Especially if the person in charge let anything happen. We just left."

"I'm giving this Sonic 5 stars tonight NOT because of past service experiences. Past service experiences was wayyyyy under this 5. I'm giving a 5 to them because of one employee that worked tonight on Christmas and had such a HUSTLE about him, it touched me to do a review. Anthony, was literally running out to the cars and getting orders out at a speed I had never seen at this location. He even confirmed my order before taking my card and it was certain wrong. He helped me order correctly then took my money. Anthony needs to train those other employees about moving with a quickness because it is a drive thru restaurant. We just want hot, fast food done correctly so we can go home. Merry Christmas Anthony. You were really working hard and it showed man."

"Service was fine in terms of overall friendliness. However, their drive thru does not have a digital screen so, I could not confirm what they were ringing up when I ordered. My order was not rung up correctly so, I didn't get everything I wanted but I was in a hurry so, I didn't have them correct it either. Most of the food was good however, I ordered a chili cheese Coney and there was hardly any chili on it. My husband also ordered chicken tenders & didn't like those."

"The service at this location has never been that great, but the food was decent and generally consistent... until today. I ordered a chili cheese footlong and some chili cheese tots. The chili on the tots was burnt and crispy rocks. The footlong was obviously old and partially burnt. It was so old that the whole thing was wrinkled and the outer layer was separating from the middle. There's no way they didn't notice. I'm guessing they figure if it's covered in chili and cheese I wouldn't notice. Surprisingly enough the service was actually fast today and my carhop seemed nice so I have her a tip. Which of course I totally regret. Online feedback is useless. Phone call complaint they tried offering me a coupon voucher for less than I had paid. Waiting for a "higher up" to contact me back to make up for this meal I can't eat and appetite loss."
