"I’m a small business and the sandwich was great. Front desk employee was very kind and educated."
"Horrible customer service, they messed up our order, we were missing half of what we ordered soup was just a bunch of potatoes in a cup, sandwiches were a slob of stuff thrown in bread with hair in it. My husband drove to the premises with the half order we got literally minutes after delivery and they said there is nothing they can do!! We are never ordering from them again!"
"Quality of the food served here has definitely went down hill. Smokehouse beef and cheddar used to be really good. It's now almost inedible. Mushy bland. Not sure what kind of meat it is. Sad"

"The restaurant is always dirty. Plus today I was there and saw the owner there.. Very rude to workers and talking about workers in front of customers! Not to mention I saw the delivery van they use to deliver orders and catering. It was GROSS!!! And the owner was in it!! They had filled boxes with a huge order just spread out throughout the dining area taking up most tables. No concern. But the kicker is how disgusting the inside of the delivery van was!! I took a video of it and am sharing it! I will never return there or to any other firehouse subs. I will be calling whoever I can to complain"
