"The decor & ambience was very nice. The food (presentation/plating and taste) however, were mediocre at best. My wife had the Rotisserie Farm Bird that was somewhat bland. I, had the Grilled Sirloin with fries; the sirloin was quite fatty and a little bit too burnt for my liking. The fries nevertheless were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Overall, our dining experience wasn’t bad but the food definitely could’ve been better considering the price we paid."

"I have always liked whiskey cake from San Antonio . I have almost tried everywhere Dallas and Houston. Loved the SA location so far. The food was amazing as always. However I ordered the passion fruit drink with vodka , without any trace of passion fruit whatsoever. It just tastes like vodka and lime juice. Very much disappointed with drinks this time. Service was mediocre with tips starting from 18% , expected a little more. We have had to wait for forks/knifes for burgers and small plates for sharable. We were a group of 11 , a few of us were shoved to another side almost attached to the near by tables . The other table we’re celebrating birthday I felt I was way connected to them rather my table lol ! I guess after covid sense of date night or intimate dinners are long gone ! Not coming again unless insisted by all my friends ."

"The restaurant is nicely decorated. I was a little put off by the paper menus for this class of restaurant. The fried green tamatos were great! The Candied bacon was pork belly, and it had great flavor but was a bit dry. The pork sliders had soggy buns due to the slaw being very wet. Our waitress was very prompt and super friendly. My favorite part was the old fashioned with custom ice cube! Y'all should use that in all your old-fashioned cocktails. It was very unique."
