"We have gone a few times to give it some time to get it together, but i don’t think they are there yet. We ordered to pick up, they said 15-20 gave them 30 min and they hadn’t even made the food. We get home and the food like rice and beans were cold and the chicken in the quesadillas were super burnt. I won’t be back until management gets it together."
"My wife and I went for lunch. Ordered the enchiladas which were dry with no oozing sauce. The beans tasted sour and came out cold. My wife ordered the mole chicken and tasted like they were cooked separately with just a strong chicken taste. The service was very slow. We live in Elyson and really wanted to have a go to Mexican restaurant in the area. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back for a while."
"Great to have this close and in the neighborhood - food and service was good, little slow on getting the food out but with them being new I ll chalk that up to working out some kinks. The atmosphere is a little bland, feels like I'm eating in a meat market. All in all, happy with the quality of the food and service. Looking forward to trying the breakfast and other items."
"Excited that Elsyon has a quality sit down restaurant with fresh food and good prices! The service has some growing pains but the food made it worth the wait. Corn tortillas were homemade which is a game changer for this price point of this restaurant. Grilled shrimp was on point and the salsa didn’t disappoint. We will be coming back for cocktails at a later date ;) The dude with the bad review over wait time sucks for not understanding how a bad review can impact a starting business. Give this place a shot."
"Place is just starting out. I understand they are still getting organized. Went in for to go order fried rice , pound of grilled shrimp and 3 empanadas waited 1 1/2 hour. Several times our waitress told us they are packing our order but never received it. We left when they finally had the order but it was wrong. Review is for the service as you never lie to the customer."
