"Sad to say this is my local KFC and Taco Bell. My first time ordering on their app. Um this place is a big NO for me!! Stay away! I should’ve of read the reviews here first. They didn’t see my order when I arrived and also said “ we are not cooking chicken tonight”. “Our line cook called out today”. Wait what?! I get the email confirmation my order was placed and a text my order was ready for pick up. Then she said here is the number to call for a refund. She told me “this happens all the time”. But why do you accept online orders and this happens a lot?! Why are you wasting my time and my hard earned money?! If this was you and you were trying to feed your family you would be upset too! There were at least 5 people working tonight. None are trained to cook chicken?’ This establishment needs some serious training! Can’t wait for the Wing Stop to open soon! Then you will miss the business you could’ve of took advantage of!!"

"This place is a Taco Bell and KFC combination, and we quit buying their chicken a long time ago. Partly because of how gresey it was and partly because they could not get the order correct. Now, it seems they have changed their taco sauce or something because the Toco Bell food tast bad and has an even worse after taste left in our mounths. It's sad because the manager really seems to try hard to make it work. But, just can't make it happen. Terrible place. Do yourself a favor and keep driving."

"This KFC is the worst I've been to. They never have anything I try to order I've given them plenty of chances so this review isn't off one bad experience. The drive thru lady is so unprofessional she cuts people off and makes one feel rushed. When I asked her for crispy chicken she said it's only original when I asked if they can drop a batch she smacked her mouth and said not right now it's a 45min wait. I went right over to Chicken Express and they got me in and out with everything right. I will recommend them over this KFC anytime"

"I went to this KFC today to purchase some Crispy Chicken. I asked the counter person if they had any fried. He said, " Yeah". I asked how long ago had it been made and how long it had been in the heat box. He said, "Not long at all". He's a liar. Period. A big, fat, (really) liar! I ordered 12 pieces of chicken only. He boxed it up in three boxes. I paid $27.05 for my order and left. When I got home I opened one of the boxes. It had about 5 pieces of pretty nicely fried chicken in it. I opened the next one.... 4 pieces of dried out, old burned grease, dark brown, inedible chicken. I opened the last box and it had two of the worst breast pieces I have ever seen and a drumstick my dog refused to eat. Save yourself some time and money and do not go to this KFC. They suck, and so does their food! I have filed a complaint with KFC corporate offices. I hope they close this rip off KFC restaurant!!!!!! I'll NEVER go back! I gave the food one star only because the 3 pieces that were cooked correctly were decent."

"recently I visited a combined Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Magnolia. and I was pleased! The combo restaurant had a decent selection from both restaurants. The price was great and the portions were big. The food was even better than I'd expected, fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I will definitely be returning for more of that Taco Bell and KFC goodness! Highly recommended."
