"My company purchased my battery from them. A year later that battery dies. I call and the service department which is NOT the actual facility in which the battery was purchased told me that I had to go out to the place and talk to the actual place. Upon asking for a direct business number, I was instructed that the client buildings have no direct numbers. I can’t imagine big warehouse spaces operating a business with out a number. I was also given the wrong battery for the car. So they have no direct numbers, they don’t keep receipts and paper work, and the aren’t highly knowledgeable of the parts they give out. Highly dissatisfied customer stuck in the rain DO NOT RECOMMEND"
