"I will never recommend this location to anyone. This guy name KD was very unprofessional and rude. Acts like he knows it all and wouldn't let me speak. I was just trying to see if a battery was still under warranty and he basically told me to take it back to the store i purchased the battery from. I told him that I purchased the item in Louisiana. So he told me to call that store and get all type of information about the battery. I'SNT THAT YOUR JOB? He said if he do it, he'll get back to me whenever. Very unprofessional"

"Was generally happy with service & price, but recently found out that the only thing under my account(ph#) that they have was some fuel additive from a week ago- not the thousands of dollars worth of car parts I have purchased over the years for the 7 vehicles I own for my biz and personal use. How convenient for the warranty on their parts. Pathetic! I will never step foot in Advanced again"
