"Always has only one person at register. They claimed something was wrong with their system so they couldn’t do returns. But I bet if they were the reason I hit the 30 day return mark they wouldn’t do anything about it. Just disappointing and a waste of my time. Should’ve had a note outside letting customers know. At least!"

"I went online to place an order for a specific shirt I was searching for. Online it stated that the item was in stock so I went ahead and placed the order. Now, I understand completely that there are instances where the online stock balance doesn't match what is actually in the store. But I was not contacted at all about this issue. Instead I had to reach out and ask what the status of my order was and when I got in touch with the employee, they stated the order hasn't been started. It was very unprofessional and inconsiderate for them not to inform me about the insufficient quantity of the item and for the order to have not been yet acknowledged after days of placing it. DO BETTER!!!"

"The quest was long and my journey was filled with danger at every corner.  Alas I've made it out alive to tell the tales so that others can know the toils and tribulations they will experience in this vast wasteland.  The structural integrity is of great concern when traveling these lands.  The ceiling may collapse at any moment, and the terrain of the floor is quite bumpy and dangerous. Enter at your own risk, there is some kind of natural faraday cage surrounding this land. Your attempts at communicating with the outside world will all be in vain.  Perhaps if I position myself under one of the gaping holes in the decrepit ceiling or rotting floor tiles, I will get a signal to call for help.  Surely there are people trapped under the sea of clothing and products strewn throughout the store.  Drat!  I tried to no avail to gain a cellular signal or guest wifi connection. I managed to survive the trek somehow. The best way I can describe the condition of this place is the remains of a riot, during a full scale ground war, while stricken by earthquakes, with tornadoes ripping through the landscape....all at the same time."

"I don't like it cause the radio is very loud, it's so disorganized it's unreal, even goodwill has better organization than this store! Everything's crammed on the racks, there's no organization by brand, size or color. It's like oh that is over there good luck finding it!"
