"The black worker is extremely rude! Don’t go to this location! I can’t believe they allow this kind of behavior at Cato’s! She definitely needs customer service training! The store was a mess too! I will never ever shop at Cato’s again! I suggest you don’t either until they fire this black lady! I wish I could give them negative stars! Horrible experience!"

"I work by this Catos and I will not be going back to this location. The store manager is not a people person and lack professionalism. I walked in on Saturday the 27th of May. She said welcome to Catos and I said thank you. She couldn't hear me because she was on her blue tooth talking on her cellphone. I found the item that I needed. Before going to this location another location called to see if what I was looking for was there. The store manager stated that she didn't have time to look for the item and put the young lady on hold for 10 minutes and did not come back to the phone. I advised the young lady to hang up and I would take a chance to go and look for it. After finding my item I had to locate the manager to advise her that I am ready to check out and she had an attitude. As she gets to the register she was on her phone the whole time as she checked me out. She didn't even fold my pants right, she balded them up and threw them in the bag. I do not recommend this location. As I look through the reviews about this location. Customer are having the same problem as I have been having. Poor customer service with a side of attitude. Catos you got to do better. Fix the problem."

"Although I’ve enjoyed some of their unique items in the past, I will not return to this location. The clothing actually had crickets in the clothes. I had notice a few crickets on the floor but when I took a few items to the dressing room I noticed multiple bugs in the clothing. I addressed the situation with a clerk who said “it’s that time of the year”. Days later I still feel like bugs are on me!"

"First time in store and I loved the clothing but the employee working named Victoria seemed to be watching me as if I was gonna steal their items. What she doesn't know I am a Manager in customer service myself and and mostly definitely can afford everything in store. When I went to check out she completely ignored me and helped another guest as I waited. And she thought my personal tip card was stolen. I don't appreciate being treated this way and want return to this location."

"My mom who came in from out of town, my little girl and myself went into this location earlier this afternoon (Sept.12th). The Sales Associate that checked us out was rude and the manager wasn't any better. I expressed to the mgr on the way out that her associate had an unpleasant attitude and you could tell she didn't care, I bet she didn't even say anything to her about it. It's REALLY sad that there customer service doesn't match there products. Makes me wonder if they could take the same poor customer service they gave out to us today?"
