"Went in twice In one week. The staff was absolutely rude to me and my mother the first time. They were exchanging glances and making comments about customers. Because of covid19 they would not allow my mother to try a dress on which is weird but totally fine! I know a lot of stores are doing that. We asked what happens if it does not fit? They responded we could bring it back. We agreed to do that so we bought the dress. The dress did not fit so she brought it back and the sales lady accused her of trying to do something shady and refused to issue a refund. She gave her store credit only and two days later she returned to use the store credit the store had closed???? Doors were locked and lights were off on a Wednesday at noon. We can only assume the store is now closed for good? Not sure but the sales associates need some serious customer service training if this store is going to make it."
