"The mobile ordering and pick up here is great. I place an order thru the mobile app , pick it up through drive thru and every time it’s always ready to go, hot and fresh by the time I get there. They never have messed up my order either. Everything is always in the bag. This is my go to jack n the box!"

"For the most part!! The food is pretty good here!! It’s usually the attitudes of the day time worker’s that hurt this place!! Especially the women that work there!! Sometimes my burger is just thrown together with no regard’s as to where the meat and cheese end up at!! You open the box and the meat and cheeses are hanging off to one side of the bun!! I just wish they would be more cautious to how they are making and dressing the food and a lot more kinder to there customers!!!"

"The drink carrier broke causing the the drinks to fall to the ground. The Manager(?) questioned me and refused to remake the the drinks unless I showed her proof. I had to travel back and retrieve the proof. I understand looking after profits, but we all know you shouldn't get free drinks. Do they have a lot of people looking for free drinks? 3 trips, one to pick up, one to complain about drink carrier, one to retrieve evidence. Sheesh!"

"Here is my chocolate shake. Looks nothing like what they have pictured. I told the lady this is vanilla with a swirl of chocolate she therefore shrugged her shoulders and said it’s two pumps do you want it or not.. I argued back telling her I’ve got this same shake a handful of times and it’s never looked like this. She told me I guess you don’t want it.. terrible service, rude staff and I’m over it. I would rate zero stars if possible!"
