"The shop didn't torque down my trailer lugs properly and lost 2x tires going down the road. I replaced the damage over the weekend to get the trailer back on the road for Monday- 7 hours and a $3K axle (the weight of the trailer bent the other axle spindle when the tires came off). I contacted the shop and told them the issue just asking if they would replace the wheels and tires (I told them I would eat the axle cost)- at first they said yes but its been a few weeks and I'll just replace those also because I need my spares around. The owner Mike admitted they were having issues with their air compressor and that he though the lugs were checked before sending it off but apparently not."

"I’d give Mike 10 stars if I could. Had an old 5th wheel that the electric brakes went out on. We wanted to haul it to another state & use it as a temporary tiny house. An auto repair shop & RV dealer looked at it & both said it was unrepairable. Took it to Mike & he worked his magic. Had it working like new at a reasonable cost. Made our 1200 mile long trip easily & flawlessly. Thanks Mike!!"
