Thai Cuisine Ramen King & Sushi Bar

"My daughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch. I wasn’t sure about getting the Spicy Miso Ramen, but it was amazing. It is spicy, but not in a way that grew additionally spicy with each bite - I was able to enjoy all I could eat without having to stop because my lips were on fire. My daughter is pregnant so we opted for the California Rolls - which didn’t disappoint. We’ll definitely go back."

"The restaurant itself was a little on the smaller side (the one on Westheimer is much bigger) but we had a great corner booth away from everyone which is exactly how we like it :) They were extremely attentive and all the food came out very quickly, we were shocked and impressed. We tried the lamb chops and they were honestly some of the best things I have eaten. Two pieces and they had us wanting MORE. The sauce was perfection and the cook on the lamb was perfect. 12/10 The house salads that came with our lunch entrees had a delicious dressing that coated everything beautifully and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite, 10/10 I got the garlic lover entree while my partner opted for bento chicken katsu (and a salad instead of miso soup bc it was SO HOT outside). While tasty, I didn’t feel the same excitement with the garlic lover dish as I did with the other parts of the menu. 8.5/10 I would return here later and order Pad See Ew with shrimp and it was exactly what I should have ordered all along. Chicken Katsu was really crispy and the vegetables were a nice addition, 9.5/10 Also please make sure you know what level of heat you can handle because I went with a pretty mild level my first time and because it was easy I amped it up to the third hottest for my pad see ew and it was SPICYYYYY. Be aware so you can fully enjoy!"

"Pleasant enough experience and the food was tasty. I was initially put off by the smell of something not familiar to me (like dirty mop water, idk). The staff was prompt with service and the dishes were prepared as ordered. I know it was a rainy day outside & that may account for the odor. All in all a decent time, although I feel that other outlets of the chain nearby have the advantage of my repeat business."

"Very nice and helpful staff. We are visiting from Chicago and this was our 1st experience visiting a Thai/Ramen restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were conflicted in what we wanted to order because everything looked AMAZING in the menu. With the help of our waiters we decided on the Fried Calamari, Fried Shrimp with Mayo, & Crab Puff (Ragoon) for appetizers and Beef Ramen and Pad Kee Mao for our main dish. Definitely a place to try. We will attempt to visit again before we leave. Thank you!"

"The best Thai restaurant in Katy, hands down! Everything we have tried so far has been awesome. But the Pad Thai stands out the most - it is out of the world! We have tried Pad Kee Mao, all the curries and a few other dishes - all have been exceotional! Haven't tries the Ramen here yet but will do soon. Highly recommend it!"
