"Nice place, nice staff, great location (walking distance from the Katy Mills Mall). The issue is the food was not that great especially for the price. Biscuits were good but there were none ready when we got there so they pretty much came about the time our meal came. Burger was just a plain ole burger with no flavor and the seafood was the same. Not bad, just not worth going back for. Maybe we just caught this location on a bad night."
"I can't rave enough about our server today. I never leave reviews, but I had to after the exceptional service we received. The food was delicious, piping hot, and served within minutes. We had endless shrimps, and our server kept checking if we needed anything refilled, our drinks were replenished instantly, and she even offered to bring soft drinks and biscuits to-go (although we were so full that we declined, but she asked multiple times). Sadly, I can't recall her name exactly; it was Elle or Ellen, something like that, but she was AMAZING! Even the manager came by to ask how everything was. We were so impressed that we tipped twice. We'll definitely be coming back soon."
"Absolutely terrible! Lobster was served cold, shrimps were dry and not freshly fried! Shrimp skewers were dry as well. Broccoli were over cooked, not fresh and reheated. Crab legs were cold and not fresh. Coleslaw!! Disgusting and tasted like rotten garbage! Shame on you red lobster!!!"
"Had a taste for lobster and got a good fix here tonight, I didn't like the cajun option. It was too salty, I'll stick with the original next time. The biscuits have lost their pizazz. It wasn't as tasty as I remember. They were flat, not flaky or fresh. The drinks were on point, the Bahama mama was so good. I only recommend that they do a renovation, it's dingy and cold here. The service was alright but the atmosphere gave nothing to write about. Overall we enjoyed our meal and time here. Still good options for food and drinks, the temperature can be adjusted, the cleanliness could use some work and the service was good enough."
